A Mini Thrive Day Retreat is the perfect opportunity for newbie retreaters or retreat enthusiasts to experience retreat culture, without making a large financial or time commitment. Join us, you’ll love it.

11:00am – Arrival & coffee for start at 11:30am

We’re supported by the amazing London Nootropics, who provide us with Adaptogenic coffee for our retreats. Start the day with a Mojo blend containing Cordyceps mushroom and Siberian Ginseng – designed for physical endurance, strength & vitality- it even has immune-boosting properties!

11:30am – Introduction to the Retreat & intention setting

We’re starting the day with positive intentions & affirmations; so that you can get the most from the precious time you spend with us.

12:30am – Relaxing yoga

Relaxation Yoga provides complete mental and physical relaxation aided by the nervous system connecting the two.

1:30pm – Light Lunch

Thrive Well caters for vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free diets covering a colourful range of flavours to entertain your appetite as well as offering dietary insight and tips, encouraging a continuation of delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals.

2:20pm – Hypnosis for Relaxation

Hypnotherapy can be an effective method for coping with stress and anxiety. In this session, run by Mitch, you’ll feel a deep sense of de-stressing and finish feeling beautifully relaxed.

3:30pm – Laughter Therapy

Laughter not only provides a full-scale workout for your muscles, it unleashes a rush of stress-busting endorphins. What’s more, your body can’t distinguish between real and fake laughter – any giggle will do

4:30pm – Journalling Workshop

Journalling can help you gain self-confidence, reduce stress and anxiety and find inspiration. You’ll receive your own Thrive Well retreats Journal and be shown how to use it for the next 30 days to encourage relaxation and mindfulness in your everyday life.

5:15pm – Stretching & Meditation

By relieving muscle tension, stretching allows your muscles to let go of where you’re carrying stress, helping you to relax and sleep better. We’re finishing the day with a full body stretch & relaxing meditation.

The day will be interspersed with short breaks & plenty of time to meet your fellow retreaters.
