In 2021 Michelle Cooper, Nutritionist & Fitness Instructor, partnered with Clinical Hypnotherapist & Wellness Coach Mitch Watson to bring Thrive Well Retreats to life. Thrive Well Retreats create communities, bringing people together and empowering women to feel great.

With 21+ years experience in the wellbeing space between the pair, they’ve come up with a winning formula for Thrive Well Retreats. They carefully combine movement, energy, hypnotherapy, meditation, and delicious, nourishing food to create an unrivalled wellbeing experience.
